UPSPEC Garage E-TUNE on COBB AP for 2008-14 G3 WRX

UPSPEC Garage E-TUNE on Cobb AP for your 2008-14 Subaru WRX G3 is intended for owners who do not have local workshops available to Dyno tune their vehicles. It requires the vehicle to be data logged in various scenarios by the operator using the Cobb Accessport.  

E-Tuning is the next step up from our load and go OTS maps as the ECU Mapping is tailored to your vehicle. Expected power and torque gains are within 90 to 95% of a vehicle Tuned on the Dyno, making this a great option for owners who have no local workshops to support them.

An E-Tune is a custom tune (or Pro Tune) calibrated using data provided to us by the vehicle owner, and the Tune calibration is revised until we feel that the vehicle is well optimized. Modifications for the vehicle must be agreed upon prior to commencement of the E-Tune, and changes to modifications will be charged accordingly.

So how does E-Tuning work?  

1. All our E-Tunes start off with a very safe and conservative base ECU map (Tune). This base ECU map is emailed to you, you load the ECU map onto your Cobb Accessport first, then flash the map onto the vehicle using the Cobb Accessport. 

2.  Instructions are sent to you on what to Datalog. Once the Datalogs are successfully obtained, you save the log files from the Cobb AP to a computer and email them to us. 

3. We analyze your datalog files, then revise the ECU Map accordingly, then send you a ECU Map revision. 

4. This process repeats until the ECU Tune is complete.
